This is the first year since the Covid-19 restrÉctkons that there has been a surplus at the end of the ycar, which will enable us to start growing Dur reserves. Ecotherapy Progr&mme Our ecoth¢rapy progrdrntne support8 mental FLealth recovery for people exp&iencing deprosston, anxiety, isolation and recovery from mental illnes8 or long-terrll phy8tcal illn¢s8, Over this reporting period wc 8UPPOrted a tot of 44 p&rtioipants on the ecothfflzpy proarne. We received 32 referrals via NIIS montaL health services, voluntary and social oare orgEmi8ations. A total of l6 now participants joined the prograrntne, and three completed their full one year pl&¢etnent. The remaindor are al variou8 St&ge8 of their plaGemenl8. Our existing team of 32 biiddy voluntGer8 continued to be &Gtivoly involved providLng ongoing support in the g&Tden for our eGotherapy progranmie. W8 expalldecl the buddy team during thi5 period, recNiting a further 10 new buddy volullteers. The last cohort of buddies were all women, with ages ranging from 25 to 50, some with gardening expenence and some without.
