Objects and5totus The Rescue Trust of North West Golden Retriever Club (The Trust) has the followln8 objectives: for the benefit of the publlc to relleve the sufferin8 of golden retrlevers who are in need of care and attention by the provision of a rehomin8 service,. the provislon of free medical and sur8ical treatments for animals whose owners are unable to afford the fees of prlvate veterinary sur8eons. The Trust is a charity registered in England & Wales, Registration number 1122991. Governonce The trust15 governed by a constltutlon dated 23 February 2008. Trustees are appolnted by the exlstlng Board of Trustees after approprlate search procedures and assessment. Respective responsibilities of the Trustees und Examiner The charity's trustees are responsible for the preparation of the accounts. The charlty's trustees consider that an audit Is not required for this year under section 144 of the Charities Act 2011 (the Charities Act) and that an Independent examlnation Is needed.
