The trustees present their report and the Receipts and Payments Account for the year ended 31
December 2025.
Objects and5totus
The Rescue Trust of North West Golden Retriever Club (The Trust) has the followln8 objectives:
for the benefit of the publlc to relleve the sufferin8 of golden retrlevers who are in need of
care and attention by the provision of a rehomin8 service,.
the provislon of free medical and sur8ical treatments for animals whose owners are unable
to afford the fees of prlvate veterinary sur8eons.
The Trust is a charity registered in England & Wales, Registration number 1122991.

The trust15 governed by a constltutlon dated 23 February 2008.
Trustees are appolnted by the exlstlng Board of Trustees after approprlate search procedures and
assessment.

The Trustees have assessed the level of cash reserves available to the charity and they consider that
these are reasonable In the Ilght of future plans and the anticipated level of activity.

The trustees have undertaken a review of the risk5 to which the charity is exposed, and they are
satisf5ed that adequate plans are in place to mitigate those risks.

In determining the charity's activities for the year, the trustees have considered the guidance
provided by the Charity Commission on public benefit.

I report on the accounts of The Rescue Trust of North West Golden Retriever Club for the year ended
31st December 2025 which are Set out on page 3.
Respective responsibilities of the Trustees und Examiner
The charity's trustees are responsible for the preparation of the accounts. The charlty's trustees
consider that an audit Is not required for this year under section 144 of the Charities Act 2011 (the
Charities Act) and that an Independent examlnation Is needed.

Basis of independent exuminer's report
My examination was carried out in accordance wlth the General Directions given by the Charity
Commissioners. An examinatlon includes a review of accounting records kept by the charlty and
comparlson of the accounts presented with those records. It also includes consideration of any
unusual items or dlsclosures In the accounts and the seeklng of explanatlon5 from you as the
committee concerning any such matters. The procedures undertaken do not provlde all the evidence
that would be required in an audlt and, consequently, I do not expre55 an audlt oplnlon on the view
8iven by the account5 and no opinionls glven as to whether the accounts present a 'true and fair
vlew,. My report Is limited to those matters Set out In the statement below.
