Respectlve responslbllltles el trustee5 and examlner The charity's trustees are responsible for the preparatSon of the accounts. The charlty's trustees consider that on audit Is not required for this year under section 144121 of the Charities Act 2012 (the 2011 Act) and that an independent examination is needed. It is my re5ponslbillty to: examine the accounts under section 145 of the 2011 Act; to follow the procedures laid down in the general Directlons glven bythe Charlty Commlssion under section 14515llbl of the 2011 Act,. and to state whether particular matters have come to my attention. Basls of Independent examlner's report My examinatlon was carfied out in Bccordance wlth the general Dlrectlofis given by the Charity Commission. An examinatlon includes a revlew of the accounting record5 kept by the charity and a comparlson of the accounts presented with those records.
