The purpose of Life Bridging Works is to give a hand up not a hand-out. This means that the |

| Life | Bridging Works helps advance education | of | |
| the | public by: | ||

| disadvantaged children through two |

| sponsorship schemes. We currently |
|||
| sponsor 24 children and young people |
|||
| from an area ofSouthern Sudan who |
|||
| attend Kuleu Lights School. There are |
|||
| many orphans and disadvantaged |
|||
| children there due to the recent | |||
| conflict. From our original sponsorship | |||
| scheme with the Toposa people we | |||
| continue to also support 1student | |||
| through to their University level |
|||
| studies. The remaining students that |
|||
| we sponsored through university are |
|||
| now returning to support the |
|||
| community that they are from in a |
|||
| number ofdifferent ways. Our second | |||
| sponsorship scheme runs in Alebtong, |
|||
| Northern Uganda at Blessed Hope |
|||
| School where we are supporting the |
|||
| most in need children from these |
|||
| deprived areas. There are currently |
25 | ||
| children being supported on this |
|||
| scheme. So, in total we are sponsoring |
|||
| 49 children/young people. We hope |
to | ||
| use the finances that we have been |
| using for the original sponsorship | |||||||||

| education schemes in South Sudan. |

| Life Bridging Works helps provide relief of |

| sickness | &the preservation of health by: |
||||||||

| a health centre/ clinic which provides |

| basic health advice and services in |

| Kapoeta, South Sudan. The clinic will |

| be managed and staffed by indigenous |

| medical schools by Life Bridging Works. | |||||||||

| HOCTO and Medical Missions to | |||||||||
| provide Village Health programmes |

| medical professionals also diagnose |

| and treat illnesses and injuries for |
