||||||||grow and see its goal reached.|

|||disadvantaged<br>children through<br>two||
|||sponsorship<br>schemes. We currently||
|||sponsor 24 children<br>and young people||
|||from an area ofSouthern<br>Sudan who||
|||attend<br>Kuleu Lights School. There are||
|||many orphans<br>and disadvantaged||
|||children there due to the recent||
|||conflict. From our original sponsorship||
|||scheme with the Toposa people we||
|||continue to also support 1student||
|||through to their University<br>level||
|||studies. The remaining<br>students<br>that||
|||we sponsored<br>through<br>university<br>are||
|||now returning<br>to support the||
|||community<br>that they are from in a||
|||number ofdifferent ways. Our second||
|||sponsorship<br>scheme runs<br>in Alebtong,||
|||Northern<br>Uganda<br>at Blessed Hope||
|||School where we are supporting<br>the||
|||most in need children<br>from these||
|||deprived<br>areas. There are currently|25|
|||children<br>being supported<br>on this||
|||scheme.<br>So, in total we are sponsoring||
|||49 children/young<br>people. We hope|to|
|||use the finances that we have been||





|||||||||using for the original sponsorship||
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
|||||||||scheme to increase our Primary||
|||||||||education<br>schemes<br>in South Sudan.||
|||||||~||Development<br>ofeducational||
|||||||||establishments.<br>We are currently||
|||||||||raising funds for an exam hall to be||
|||||||||built in Blessed Hope School, a project||
|||||||||we started<br>in 2021.We are now solely||
|||||||||looking for the funding to render the||
|||||||||walls and equip the building.<br>We also||
|||||||||have sent teams of UK volunteers<br>to||
|||||||||both schools<br>in question to help with||
|||||||||painting,<br>carpentry,<br>bicycle repair and||
|||||||||lessons.||
|||||||Life Bridging Works helps provide<br>relief of||||
|||||||sickness||&the preservation<br>of health<br>by:||
|||||||~||Continuing<br>to support the equipping|of|
|||||||||a health centre/<br>clinic which provides||
|||||||||basic health advice and services<br>in||
|||||||||Kapoeta, South Sudan.<br>The clinic will||
|||||||||be managed<br>and staffed by indigenous||
|||||||||former students<br>sponsored<br>through||
|||||||||medical schools by Life Bridging Works.||
|||||||~||Working with South Sudan<br>NGO's||
|||||||||HOCTO and Medical Missions to||
|||||||||provide Village Health<br>programmes|to|
|||||||||remote areas around<br>Kapoeta<br>in South||
|||||||||Sudan. These programmes<br>speak about||
|||||||||public and sexual health, whilst trained||
|||||||||medical professionals<br>also diagnose||
|||||||||and treat illnesses<br>and injuries for||
|||||||||those who cannot attend the clinic.||
|||||||~||Providing<br>famine emergency<br>relief||
|||||||||during the periods ofdrought<br>across||
|||||||||East Africa. This has been required<br>due||
|||||||||to another season offailed crops.||
