Lloyds Bank Structure, Governance and Management The PTA is run by a committee of volunteer trustees. usually parents and carers of pupils at the school plus the headmaster and the local vicar. Trustees are elected at the Annual General Meeting. The committee meets regularly to plan fundraising events and allocate nds raised. Objectives and Activities The PTA'S charitable purpose is to advance the education of pupils at Bridge 2nd Patrixbourne CEP School by.. Raising funds to provide facilities, equipment, or experiences not normally provided by the local education authority. Fostering closer relAtionships between staff, parents, and others associated with the school. Achievements and Performance During the year, the PTA organi5ed several successful fundraising events, including the summer Fete, Fireworks, quiz nights, mini marathon and bake sales. In total. the PTA raised £27,188 (after related costs). Funds raised were used to support the school by contributing towards minibus leases, new playground equipment for OPAL scheme, Christm35 craft5 and year Six leavers party. These ontribution5 have enhanced the pupils. learning and school experience. Financial Review Income during the year was £49,495. Expenditure was £35,888. At year-end, the PTA held reserves of £28,835.5. The trustees aim to maintain a reserve to cover upfront costs for future fundraising events, the annual minibus cost and unexpected expenses. Plans for the Future In the coming year, the PTA plans to organize a fireworks event, fete, quiz night and balie sales and continue supporting the school by funding the purchase of one of the ex leased

Resolution to Amend the Governing Document It was resolved that the constitution of the charity be amended as follows: To replace with the new Parentkind Model Constitution. 2. Having satisfied myself that the accounts of the PFA are eligible for independent examination, I report in respect of my examination of the PFA'S accounts carried out under section 145 of the Act.
