INDEPENDENT EXAMINER'S REPORT TO THE TRUSTEES OF BRIDGE AND PATRIXBOURNE CHURCH OF ENGLAND PRIMARY SCHOOL PARENTS & FRIENDS ASSOCATION I'tht PFA") FOR THE YEAR ENDED 31 AUGUST 2025 I report to the Trustees on my examination of the accounts of the PFA for the year ended 31 August 2025. Re$ponslbllllles and basls of rgport As the Trustees of the PFA. you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance wth the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 ('the Act"). Having satisfied myself that the accounts of the PFA are eligible for independent examination, I report in respect of my examination of the PFA'S accounts carried out under section 145 of the Act. In carrwng out my examination I have followed the directions given by the Charity Commission under sectlon 145151 Ib) of the 2011 Act. Independent examinevs Statement Having completed my examination, I confirm that no matters have come lo my attention in connection with the examination giving me cause to believe.. accounting records were not kept in respect of the PFA as required by section 130 of the Act.. or the accounts do not aeeord with those records" or the accounts do not comply with the applicable requirements conceming the form and content of accounts sel out in the Charities IAccounls and Rgports Regulations 2008) other than than any requirement that the a¢¢ounts give a 'lrue and fairf view which is r￿t a matter considered as part of an independent examination.
