Attitude is Everything improves Deaf and disabled people's access to live music by working in partnership with audiences, artists and the music industry to implement a Charter of Best Practice across the U.K.
Objects: 1 To Advance The Education Of The Public In The Subject Of Improving Deaf And Disabled People's Access To Music, Whether They Be Audience, Staff Or Artists.2 To Relieve The Needs Of Disabled People By Working With The Music Industry To Raise Awareness Of Disability Issues And Remove Physical And Attitudinal Barriers That May Exist In The Sector.3 The Promotion Of Equality And Diversity For The Public Benefit By:3.1 The Elimination Of Discrimination On The Grounds Of Race, Gender, Disability, Sexual Orientation Or Religion;3.2 Advancing Education And Raising Awareness In Equality And Diversity, In Particular In Relation To The Issues That Deaf And Disabled People Face Within The Music Industry;3.3 Promoting Activities To Foster Understanding Between People From The Music Industry And Deaf And Disabled People From Diverse Backgrounds;3.4 Conducting Or Commissioning Research On Disability Equality And Diversity Issues And Publishing The Results To The Public;3.5 Cultivating A Sentiment In Favour Of Disability Equality And Diversity.4 In The Interests Of Social Welfare To Provide Or Assist In The Provision Of Facilities For Recreation Or Other Leisure Time Occupation With The Object Of Improving The Conditions Of Life Of Deaf And Disabled Peoplee
