In planning the activities for the year, the church factored in new laws affected the operation of the organisation as a Charity, and reflected on the Charity Commission's guidance on public benefit at our trustee meetings and provided the following.. The church provided benevolence to members and the local community at large. The Church was able to support members and the public who approached the Charity for financial assistance for food, funeral donations, homelessness etc. Our evangelism programme attracted many needing emotional and spiritual support in dealing with personal challenges . The Church broadcast live evangelism programmes on the local radio and in a YouTube channel with open access to members of the public for spiritual and emotional growth. As a result, vulnerable members of the public reached out to the Charily for various kinds of support, particularly, those with marital difficulties, and social exclusion issue5. Section D Achievements and performance Summary of the main achievements of the charity during the year Sunday Worship Service: The Church met on every Sunday throughout the year {52 Weeks) to worship. Attendance to our worship service range between 80-85 worshippers per Sunday Members enjoyed spiritual songs, bible teachings and sermons. The Church continued to receive visitors across London who came to worship. Furthermore, the Church welcomed new migrant to the UK including students who found championship support from Ihe church and worshipped regularly with the Church on Sundays. Conversion and Baptlsm: Through the evangelism programme of the Church, three members of the public converted lo the Christian faith. They were subsequently baptised lo become members of the Church and have since being worshipping regularly with the Church. Community Socialisation and Trip.. In keeping with the objective of promoting the physical and social wellbeing of the members the Church successfully organised a trip to Bournemouth for outdoor activities and evangelism .Consequenlly, the Church organised a variety of socio- physical activities across the age groups to cater for the varied interests of members ofthe church throughout the year.
