The charivs trustees tonsider that an audit is not required for this year under section144 of the Charities Act 2011 and that an independent examination 15 needed. It is a responsibility to= .examine the accounts under 5edion 145 of the Charities Art .to follow the procedures laid down in the general Directions given by the Charities Commission (under section 145{5bl of the Charities Act). and .to state whether particular matters have come to attention. An examination was caned out in accordance with the generdl Dlrections given by the Charity Commission.
