1121(K12) ON THE ACCOUNTS FOR THE YEAR ENDING 31 DE￿MBER 2019
The charl￿5 trustees are responsible for the preparation of the accounts. The charivs
trustees tonsider that an audit is not required for this year under section144 of the
Charities Act 2011 and that an independent examination 15 needed.
It is a responsibility to=
.examine the accounts under 5edion 145 of the Charities Art
.to follow the procedures laid down in the general Directions given by the Charities
Commission (under section 145{5bl of the Charities Act). and
.to state whether particular matters have come to attention.
An examination was caned out in accordance with the generdl Dlrections given by the
Charity Commission. An examination includes a review of the accounting records kept
by the charity and a comparison of the accounts presented wtth those records. It also
includes consideration of any such matter5. The procedures undertaken do not provide
all the evidence that would be required in and audit. consequently no opinion is given
as to whether the accounts present a 'true and fairf view.
In connection with the examination no matter has come to attention.
