2. Meetings
Regular meetings have been held throughout the year.
This Trust Report was approved at a meeting of the Trustees on 6[th] July 2021.
3. Income & Expenditure
Please see attached report.
4. Maintenance
The Grounds maintenance and building is maintained to a suitable standard with a regular gardener contracted to attend the Centre fortnightly. Fire Extinguishers and boiler are tested annually, utility accounts are regularly reviewed.
5. Current level of Hirers
The Community Centre had been closed to all hirers from the end of October 2020 to the middle of May 2021 due to Covid-19, with the exception of the Toddler Groups that were allowed to operate in December and from the 12[th] April 2021. The Caretaker was therefore furloughed during this time.
6. Summary
The Centre provides a community facility open to all and is a benefit to the area. It will continue to be run as a social benefit.
