## **TRUSTEES REPORT 2020-21** **Hayes Green Community Centre 11 Hawks Green District Centre** **Heath Way Heath Hayes Staffs WS12 3XP** ## **Register Charity: 1120117** ## 1. **Trustees** Mr J Bernard, Mr L Bullock, Mrs B Heath, Mrs R Howell, Mrs D Todd, Mr Tyrell, Mrs L Wilson ## 2. **Meetings** Regular meetings have been held throughout the year. This Trust Report was approved at a meeting of the Trustees on 6[th] July 2021. ## **3. Income & Expenditure** Please see attached report. ## **4. Maintenance** The Grounds maintenance and building is maintained to a suitable standard with a regular gardener contracted to attend the Centre fortnightly. Fire Extinguishers and boiler are tested annually, utility accounts are regularly reviewed. ## 5. **Current level of Hirers** The Community Centre had been closed to all hirers from the end of October 2020 to the middle of May 2021 due to Covid-19, with the exception of the Toddler Groups that were allowed to operate in December and from the 12[th] April 2021. The Caretaker was therefore furloughed during this time. ## **6. Summary** The Centre provides a community facility open to all and is a benefit to the area. It will continue to be run as a social benefit.
