The charity is run by an Executive Council formed by the Trustees and five other volunteers acting as council members.
The executive council meets every month to discuss items concerning the charity. Any key decisions to be voted on are included on the Agenda of the forthcoming meeting circulated beforehand for discussion and approval. All meetings are minuted.
In its monthly meeting, the council usually reviews:
Report by Projects Committee on aid programs provided by the charity. Review of Accounts, assessment of the finances of the charity, planned or future fund-raising events, correspondence and communications with the Charity plus any other business are discussed at the meeting. Minutes are taken and circulated as a true record of that meeting.
These are considered during discussions.
Again, these are considered by Trustees and decisions in the light of Trustees’ assessment of these risks.

Objectives and activities
To provide financial, medical and educational aid for the needy Iraqi Christians displaced inside Iraq and those who have taken refuge in Summary of the objects of the neighboring countries. charity set out in its governing document The Charity has operated at all times within the guidelines of the Charity Commission. The main activities are those of fundraising and grant making to carefully selected programs detailed in this section. Fundraising activities for the year are 202-2024 Charity Lunches and Dinners Christmas celebration Anniversary gala dinner. Cultural Evenings. Summary of the main activities Personal and Professional donations from UK Trusts & Foundations undertaken for the public In-Memoriam donations benefit in relation to these Grants made to projects and programs are detailed in section D of this objects (include within this report section the statutory declaration that trustees have had regard to the guidance issued by the Charity Commission on public benefit)

ICIN policy in grant making is for the Projects Committee to undertake a thorough study of a proposed project which is then presented to Council at one of their monthly meetings for discussion and approval. Once approved, a supervisor, nominated by the local church hierarchy to oversee the distribution of aid funds at the beneficiary destination, is identified and appointed to monitor the project progress, aid distribution and to report back to the charity on a regular basis. The Projects Committee continues to monitor the approved project diligently during the life of the project.

Section D Achievements and performance
During the year, the Charity has provided grants totaling £112,919 in Summary of the main support of twelve projects in Iraq and achievements of the charity Jordan the following1 is a summary of said project and its achievements: during the year . The Myrrh-Bearers: The Myrrh Bearers Fraternity are consecrated lay women have taken upon themselves
to help the poor and the marginalized families forced to abandon their homes and seek refuge in the north of Iraq. Baghdad educational program, This program supports students at different stages of their education, from primary school to university level. Our Lady of Carmel School for refuges children in Amman, Jordan providing primary education for over 200 children. Mercy Care Home in Kirkuk, providing shelter to the abandon elderly and handicapped. Telskuf Student transport assistant, help with cost of transport of needy university students. Medical aid to needy patients in Northern Iraq, medicines and hospitalization.
The Charity celebrated its 17[th] year
During the years ICIN has increasingly gained the trust of the general public by following a policy of transparency and openness with its finances and donations received.
ICIN has also followed a strict policy in its choice of projects and grants awards, ensuring at all times that funds are utilized for the purpose for which they are intended.
Each program of aid in closely monitored and is reviewed regularly at Executive council meetings.
The charity has adhered to its objective in providing help to the needy displaced Iraqi Christians.
The Charity is run by volunteers does not pay any salaries and incurs very little running costs.
