Independent Examiner’s Report on the Accounts
To the trustees of Sky Development Network (Charity Number 1118776):
I report on the accounts of the charity for the year ended 03/03/2025, which are set out on pages 08 to 09.
Responsibilities of the Trustees
The charity’s trustees are responsible for the preparation of the accounts. This includes ensuring that:

Responsibilities of the Examiner
It is my responsibility to examine the accounts under Section 145 of the Charities Act 2011. This report is made solely to the trustees of Sky Development Network, in accordance with that section. My examination has been carried out in accordance with Regulations under the Charities Act 2011 , which require me to:

Examine the accounts under section 145(5) of the Act;

Follow the procedures laid down in the General Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act ; and

State whether particular matters have come to my attention.
My report is limited to those matters set out in the statements required by law. It does not include any opinion on the overall financial position of the charity or the effectiveness of its management.
Independent Examiner’s Statement
During my examination, no matter has come to my attention:
