This includes ensuring that: - The accounts are prepared in accordance with the **Charities SORP (FRS 102)** , applicable law, and the charity’s governing document. - Proper accounting records are kept. - and of its financial position at the end of the year. ## **Responsibilities of the Examiner** It is my responsibility to examine the accounts under Section 145 of the Charities Act 2011. This report is made solely to the trustees of Sky Development Network, in accordance with that section. My examination has been carried out in accordance with **Regulations under the Charities Act 2011** , which require me to: - Examine the accounts under section 145(5) of the Act; - Follow the procedures laid down in the **General Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act** ; and - State whether particular matters have come to my attention. My report is limited to those matters set out in the statements required by law. It does not include any opinion on the overall financial position of the charity or the effectiveness of its management. ## **Independent Examiner’s Statement** During my examination, no matter has come to my attention: 1. Which gives me reasonable cause to believe that, in any material respect, the requirements: - To keep accounting records in accordance with section 130 of the Charities Act 2011; and - To prepare accounts which accord with the accounting records and comply with the accounting requirements of the Charities Act 2011; have not been met; or 2.
