IT and support costs associated wth the services we delivered The trustees and management of the Local Citizens Advice continue to exercise fimi fin8nclal control of the organlsation. The trustees and management will look to implement any changes to our practlces and procedures and adhere to the recommended guidelines as set by the Charlty Commlssion and Flnancial Conduct Authority. Rlsk management The tNstees have consldered the major risks to which the charity Is exposed and have reviewed those rfsks and estabilshed systems and procedures through an annually updated Rlsk Assessment and Buslness Conlngency Plan to manage those rlsks. These include the detemiination of the discount ratè. future salary increases. mortalty rates and future pension increases.
