Durin8 the year under review, we offered a range of religlous servlces and activities includin8. Prayer5- The M05que is open all day fnr daily and Friday prayers. Durin8 thè wèek we have aver 100 people who regularly attend dally prayer5 and over 400 who regularly allend Friday prayers. Festlval: The Mosque prepares food durinR R3rn3dan for those attending our Mosque who wlsh to break thelr fast tO8ether. Eid was a150 celebrated at the Mosque with a famlly day dnd communal meal. Festival.. The Mosque prepares food durlng Ramadan for those attendin8 our Mosque who w15h to bleak their fast together. Eid wa5 also celebiated at ihe Masque wlrh a family day and communal meal. Festlval- The Mosque prepare5 food during Ramadan for those attendin8 our Mosque who wish to break their fast together. Eid was also celebrated at the Mosque with a family day and communal meal. Funèral Facillties.. The Mosque plans funeral service, provided In other locations, in Ilne with the teachlnB of Islam. We relleve the dÈceased'5 bereaved ielatives of the burden of organlsSng burlals. We also hold special elasses to teach people how io proceed with Islamic bu(lal procedures. We cO￿tinue to provide this facility for the youn8 people in the Mosque. We are pleased this program which continues to run successfully with over 20 young people regularly attending these classes. Proiram on the qU￿aTr.. Acr0$5 the prevlous years we were honourèd with ihe visit of many famous Qur'an reciters 8nd scholars. Over 400 people attended the Mosque to hear their recltation. We aim to invltè at le8St 2 throu8h the year. Donatlon: It is part of our faith that all who are able should offer Donation. t)onatlon is collected in proportlon to a person's means, in accordance with the teaching of151am, and is the giving of money for a number of Specific purposes, including to help other5 , and to further the teaching of Islam. A Muslim need not give Donation throu8h the Mosque but we do provide the opportunity for those attending the Mosque to glve Donaiion and we arrange its distribution for approved purposes. The Donation Committee of the Mosque collects and dlstrlbute5 the Donation, none of which is used to fund the Mosque. The Mosque make no charge for the colleclion and distribution of Donation.
