We are an educational charity providing information and work to raise awareness about the link between optimum nutrition and mental health. Key activities are in promoting how nutrition, diet and lifestyle can help to prevent and tackle mental health conditions and promote positive mental well-being, using online resources, research and outreach sessions to inform and empower individuals.

Objects: 3.1 To Advance The Education Of The General Public And Health Professionals In All Areas Concerning The Preservation And Protection Of Health Through Nutrition And In Particular (Without Prejudice To The Generality Of The Foregoing Wording) Mental Health.3.2 To Conduct Scientific Research Into All Areas Concerning The Preservation And Protection Of Health Through Nutrition And Particular (Within Prejudice Of The Generality Of The Foregoing Wording) Mental Health And To Publish And Make Known The Results Of Such Research To The General Public.
