**Activities:** We are an educational charity providing information and work to raise awareness about the link between optimum nutrition and mental health.  Key activities are in promoting how nutrition, diet and lifestyle can help to prevent and tackle mental health conditions and promote positive mental well-being, using online resources, research and outreach sessions to inform and empower individuals.
