The charity raises funds to support small refurbishment projects or provide educational opportunities within the Cotswolds ADNB and surrounding area.
Objects: To Promote, Enhance, Improve, Protect And Conserve The Physical And Natural Environment And Its Natural Beauty For The Public Benefit Within The Area Of The Cotswolds Area Of Outstanding Natural Beauty (as Defined By The Cotswolds Area Of Outstanding Natural Beauty (designation) Order 1966 And The Cotswolds Area Of Outstanding Natural Beauty (designation) Variation Order 1989) And The Adjoining And Adjacent Areas (herein Called "the Area Of Benefit"); And/orto Advance The Education Of The Public In The Physical And Natural Environment Including But Not Limited To The Proper Management Of Natural Resources, And Protecting The Environment As A Safe Habitat For Wildlife; And/orto Provide Within The Natural Environment In The Area Of Benefit Facilities In The Interest Of Social Welfare For Recreation, Sport And Leisure Time Occupation With The Object Of Improving The Conditions Of Life For Those Living Working Visiting Or Residing In The Area Of Benefit; And/orto Preserve For Public Benefit Land, Buildings, And/or Sites Within The Area Of Benefit Which Are Of Historic, Architectural And/or Archaeological Merit And To Advance The Education Of The Public In Relation To Such; And/orsuch Other Charitable Purposes Beneficial To The Community Consistent With The Objects Above As The Trustees Shall, In Their Absolute Discretion, Determine.
