Activities
The Trust manages the Basingstoke Aquadrome & Golf Centre & Tadley Pool. Facilities at Aquadrome include 2 swimming pools, lagoon with flumes, gym fitness area with 140 stations, & a health suite. Golf Centre has 9 hole par 3 course, Adventure golf course and driving range. Tadley Pool has a swimming Pool, gym and health suite.
Objects: (3.1) The Company Has Been Established For The Benefit Of The Basingstoke & Deane Borough Area To:(3.1.1) Provide, Procure Or Assist In The Provision Of Facilities And Services For Recreational, Sporting Or Other Leisure Time Occupation In The Interests Of Social Welfare, Such Facilities Being Provided To The Public At Large Save That Special Facilities May Be Provided For Persons Who By Reason Of Their Youth, Age, Infirmity Or Disability, Poverty Or Social Or Economic Circumstances May Have Need Of Special Facilities And Services; And/or(3.1.2) Promote Community Participation In Healthy Recreation; And/or(3.1.3) Such Other Charitable Purposes Beneficial To The Community Consistent With The Objects Above As The Trustees Shall In Their Absolute Discretion Determine (The 'Objects').
