The charity supports the training and development of individuals within the field of work and employment. It works with a network of organisations and individuals who are interested in maximising the potential of individuals.

Objects: (2.1) The Trustees Shall Hold The Capital And Income Of The Trust Fund Upon Trust As To The Income And All Or Such Part Or Parts Of The Capital, For Or Towards The Advancement Of Education In Particular By Training, Promotion And Encouragement Of People In Order To Develop Their Skills, Talents And Creative Ability, And To Help People Realise And Reach Their Educational Potential And To Make Donations To Such Charitable Institutions At Such Time Or Times And In Such Manner As The Trustees May From Time To Time By A Like Notice Direct. And Throughout The World Who Are In Conditions Of Need, Hardship Or Distress By The Provision Of Financial Assistance As Determined By The Trustees.(2.2) Subject To, And In Default Of Any Direction Under Sub-Clause 2.1, And Insofar As Any Such Direction Is Not Exhaustive, The Trustees Shall Apply The Income For Or Towards Such Charitable Purposes And Shall Make Donations To Such Charitable Institutions, At Such Times And In Such Matter, As The Trustees Shall In Their Discretion Think Fit.
