In planning our activities for the year we kept in mind the Charity Commission's guidance on public benefit at our Committee meetings. Principle fund raising activities were the Sponsored Bounce. the silent auction, sale of Christmas trees and the smartie challenge. The summar fair was a smaller event due to covid reslriclions and the funds raised from this event were transferred to the PTA account after the year end and so will be recognised in the 2021122 accounts. Several other lesser events included chocolate bingo, a quiz night and the sale of custom cards (cauliflower cards}. Section D Achievements and performance The Friends of Holy Trinity raise money through the events that we organise and other activities throughout the year that help boost funds. Whilst the biggest events are the Xmas and Summer Fairs, we usually have the quiz nights and the sponsored bounce which also raise considerable sums. Despite COVID lockdowns in 2021, the PTA was still able lo raise a good amount of money in 2020121. This 'priority list, is presented to the Friends of Holy Trinity and is discussed in order to provide targets for fund-raising. The PTA started the year with a healthy bank balance and so was able lo support the school with a number of priority projects, the highlights are listed below..
