OAFS arranged a number of fundraising events over the course of the academic year 202312024. These included: second- hand uniform sales, cakes sales, the sale of charity Christmas cards designed by the pupils, a 'Santa parkrun,, a quiz night, a music evening, a Summer Fair, a Disco for pupils, a Movie Night for pupils and a Family Fun Day. Financial Review Review of the charity's financial position at the end of the period Para 1.21 OAFS ended the financial year in a strong position, having raised a cash surplus of £11,347 after fundraising expenses and expenditure including Gifts towards Oakfield Preparatory School. OAFS hold two bank accounts and PayPal account. which held a totsl of £43,502 in cash on 31st July 2024. Further payments from the bank during the year include: £1714 in gifts to Oakfield including £1100 towards a new table tennis table for the Prep school and £450 towards the Year 6 leavers party. £5351 towards the cost of the annual mini-bus hire for the school £865 towards other administration costs £495 from monies raised for charitylby Year 6 leavers and was paid in full directly to re resentatives. I report in respect of my examination of the Trust's accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed the applicable Directions given by the Chartty Commission under section 145{5)(b) of the Act. I have completed my examination.
