Objects: The Trustees Shall Hold The Trust Fund And Its Income Upon Trust To Apply Them For The Following Objects ("The Objects") On The Chelmer & Blackwater Navigation ("The Navigation") In Essex And Elsewhere (The Area Of Benefit") For The Public Benefit To Restore And Preserve The Lighter Susan As The Only Example Of A Working Wooden Lighter Purpose-Built For Use On The Navigation And To Advance The Education Of The Public In The History Of The Navigation By Exhibiting And Operating The Lighter Susan.
