Objectives and adlvlties The Twsl's objectives are to advance the Islamic faith within the Greater London by means of exclusive charitable means from time to time. The trustees have paid due regard to guidance issued by the Charity Commission in deciding what activities the Trust should undertake. The charity has made its hall available for the community acting as an important hub to the community. INDIAN MUSLIM TRUST INDEPENDENT EXAMINER'S REPORT TO THE TRUSTEES OF INDIAN MUSLIM TRUST I report on the accounts of the Trust for the year ended 31 March 2024, which are set out on pages 4 to 7. Respectlve responslbllltles of trustees and examlner The charity's trustees are responsible for the preparation of the accounts. The charty's trustees consider thal an audit is not required for this year under section 144(2) of the Charities Aci 2011 (the 2011 Acil and that an independent examination is needed. It is my responsibilty to= examine the accounts under section 145 of the 2011 Act", {ii) to follow the procedures laid down in the general Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the 2011 Acl-, and (iii) to state whether particular matters have come to our attention. Basis of Independent examlnefs report Our examination was carried out in accordance with the general Directions given by the Charity Commission.
