Achievements and performance Summary of the main achievements of the charity durlng the year Internatlonal Civil and Human Ri hts Advocac ICHRA In 2024, UNITED SIKHS supported the rights of Sikhs to wear Sikh articles of faith through awareness and advocacy. UNITED SIKHS worked to provide awareness and advocacy to counter hate I race crime. A student in India was provided a scholarship for her dents'stry course. Another Indian student was provided a loan to complete a Computer-Aided Design plumbing course. UNITED SIKHS continued to pay the school and college fees of students in Peshawar, Pakistan under the STARAE (Scholarships as a Tool to Accelerate and Revive Academic Excellence) project. Communi em wemwnt and educatlon In 2024, UNITED SIKHS launched a project to inform and educate the Sikh communty via videos of interviews and presentations on various topics relevant to the Sikh communty. A communications and advocacy director was hired specifically to present these videos which were broadcast via a YouTube channel.
