DUNMOS CHARITABLE TRUST TRUSTEES IINNUAL REPORT YEAR ENDED 30 JUNE 2024 The trustees present their report and the financial statements of the charity for the year ended 30 June 2024. REFERENCE AND ADMINISTRATIVE DETAILS Reference and administrative details are showi in the schedule of members of the board and professional adi'isers on page l of the financial statcments. THE TRUSTEES The trustees who served the charity during the period were &s follows: Mr B.Dunner Mrs N.Dunner Mr D.Fordsham STRUCTURE, GOVERNANCE AND MANAGEMENT Goi'erning Document The organisation is run by trustees and is governed by a Trust Deed. Appointment, Training and Recruitment of Trnstees The trustees administer the day-to-day affairs of the charity. They are all experienced trustees and act in an honorary capacity. It is not currently the intention of the trustees of the charity to appoint new trnstees. Should the situation change in future. the trustees will apply suitable recruitment and trakning procedures. All trustees give their time voluniarily and no benefit or expenses were paid to them in the year. None of the trustees have any beneficial interest in the charity. Risk Management The trustees have identified and reviewed the major risks to which the charity is exposed, in particular those related to the operations and finance of the charity, and are satisfied that systems are in place to mitigate those risks. Financial risk management and policies The charity holds or issues financial instruments in order to achiei'e three main objectives being: a) to finance its operations. b) to manage its exposure to interest and currency risks arising from operations and from its sources of finance. and c) for generating funds.

Credit risk The charity monttors cr¢dit risk closely and considers that its current policies of credit risk checks meets its objectives of managing exposure to credit risk. The charit), has no significant concentrations of credit risk. Amounts showTr in the balance sheet best represent the maximum credit risk exposure in the event other parties fail to perfom their obligFations under the financial instruments. It is recognised that systems can only proi'ide reasonable but not absolute assurance that major risks haN'e been ad¢quatel>' managed. Related Party Transactions All related party transactions have been disclosed in the financial statements. OKNECTIVES AND ACTIVITIES Objectives The Trnst is established to fiffther those purposes both in the United Kingdom and abroad recognised as charitable by English Law and in furtherance of the aforementioned objects of the charity applies the income it receives mainly frorn its investment properties to the provision and distribution of grants and donations to Orthodox Jewish Charities. Activities The income of the charity is derived from investments and from donations from the trustees and their associates. The aim is to distribute the income of the charit), to organisations that fall Vi'ithin the objectives of the charity. The trustees continued their support of those organisations deemed to promote the objectives of this charity. The trustees confinn their compliance with the duty to have due regard to the public benefit guidance published by the Charity Commission when reN'iewing the charity s aims and objectives and in planning future activities. ACHIEVEMENTS AND PERFOR1￿ANcE During the year the charity continued its philanthropic activities and its support of religious educational and other charitable institutions both in the United Kingdom and abroad and aggregate donations were paid in the sum of £144,739 (2023 £146,479). The benefEts that these charities provide include: Financial support to the poor Provision of basic necessities to the poor Relief of sickness and disabilities Jewish education and places of ￿'orShIp for the Jewish community

Investment Powers and Policy In accordance with the trust deed, the charity has the power to make any investment which the trustees see fit. The t￿￿te¢S regularly review the charity's position and needs in respect of the investment policy. The trustees, having regard to the liquidity of the charity and reserves policy, operate a policy of holdÉng available funds in interest bearing deposit accounts. Grant Making Poliey The Lharity accepts applications for grants from representatives of charities operating all over Engldnd and abroad, which are rei'iewed by the trustees on a regular basis. The trustees consider all requests which they receive and make donations based on the level of funds availabl¢. Reserves Policy It is the policy of the charity to maintain unrestricted funds, which are the free reserves of the charity.. at a level which the t￿￿teeS think appropriate after considering the future commitments of the charity and the likely administrative costs of the charity for the next year. As at 30 Jun¢ 2024 the charity had reserves of £2,186,265 of which the majority is invested for the purpose of generating income. PLANS FOR FUTURE PERIOD The charity plans to continue activities outlined above in the forthcoming years subject to satisfactory incoming resources. Fixed Assets The movements in fixed assets are fully reflected in the notes to the financial statements. Investment Properties The charity's investment properties are included in the Balance Sheet at cost at the balance sheet date. The trustees have extensive experience in the field of propert), inv¢stmenl and valuation accumulated over a considerdble period of time.

DUIYMOS CHARITABLE TRUST TRUSTEES ANNUAL REPORT (Continued) YEAR ENDED 30 JUNE 2024 STATEMENT OF TRUSTEES, RESPONSIBILITIES The trustees are responsible for preparing the Trustees Annual Report and the financial statements in accordance with applicable law and regulations and United Kingdom Accounting Stsndards (United Kingdom Generally Accepted Accounting Practice). The lav* applicable to charities in England and Wales requires th¢ trustees to prepare financial statements for each financial year which give a true and fair view of the state of affairs of the charity and of the incoming resources and application of resources of the charity for that period. In preparing these financial statements: the trustees are required to: select suitable accounting policies and then apply them consistently. observe the methods and principles in the Charities SORP. make judgements and accounting estimates that are reasonable and prudent" prepare the financia] statements on the going concern basis unless it is inappropriate to presume that the charity ￿,][1 continue in operation. The trustees are responsible for keeping proper accounting records that disclose with reasonable accuracy at any time the financial position of the charity and enable them to ensure that the financial statements compl) with the Charities Act 2011, the Charity (Accounts and Reports) Regulations 2008 and the provisions of the trust deed. They are also responsible for safeguarding the assets of the charity and hence for taking reasonable steps for the prevention and detection of fraud and other irregularities. RESPECTIVE RESPONSIBILITIES OF TRUSTEES AND EXAMINER The charity's trustees consider that an audit is not required for this year (under seclion 144{2) of the Charities Act 2011 (the 201 l Act), and that an independent examination is needed. It is my responsibility to: examine the accounts (under section 145 of the 201 l Act); to follow the procedures laid down in the General Directions given by the Charity Commission (under section 145{5)(b) of the 2011 Act. and to state whether particular matters have come to my attention.
