| 4 | Chair’s report andupdate from Jess: See attached Jess report for operational numbers. Two families asked to be removed from mailing list after everybody was asked. Reflection at BBQ- try to advertise Ben giving out certificates in advance Alex: Look into extra tutor support for drumming Deputy chair report: Steady progress and strong long term support from committee. Move to Ashwell has been good but the lack of a lift is an issue- could a key system be used There is no space upstairs Action: Ask if downstairs space can be used Pulled back carrying a bag on the stairs For formal risk assessment and support Camilla is taking a short break and Alex is stepping up at present Many thanks to Camilla We are awaiting Tesco coupon results- result to Jess Email is info@rrfsc.org.uk which is more sustainable than jess@rrfsc.org.uk but we shouldn't lose emails |
