The hall is provided for use by any group from baby & toddlers to elderly persons across all age groups. The fabric of the hall is maintained, and improvements carried out when considered necessary. Section D Achievements and performance The charity has maintained it's financial position. Summary of the main achievements of the charity during the year The hall has continued to benefit many local groups and individuals as a secure and friendly environment in which to teach and educate, enjoy leisure interests and celebrate special family occasions. It also offers the local police a suitable space to conduct neighbourhood watch meetings. We are delighted to have a few new volunteers that help the committee out, which generates new ideas and forward planning. TAR March 2012

Responsibilities and As the charity trustees of the Trust, you are responsible for the preparation basis of report of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 {"the Act").
