The Nursery operates from two class rooms within Langstone Infant Academy. Achlevements and performan Since opening the nursery injune 2005 the Nursery c¢Jntinues to grow and expand, and runs from two class rooms wthin the schoot. We tske 15 hour5 funded, 30 hour5 funded as well as 2 year old funded children. and those paying fees. We continue to provide a 'Good' setting for all the children and their families in the local and surrounding area. Financial revlew In accordance with the Nurservs Policv, the Trustees have maintained the appropriate level of reserves in its second bank acccmjnt. Thisfund ensures that the Nursery is able to meetthe costs of staff wages, rent. service charges and associated costs for a period of three month Statement of Trustee< responsibillties Charity law requires the Trustees to prepare financial statements for each financial year which shows a true and fair state of affairs of the charity and its financial activities for that period. In preparing those financial statements. the Trustees are requlred to: Select suitable accounting policies and then apply then consistently, Make judgements and estimatss that are reasonable and prudent.
