The Charity is governed by the agreed constitution. At the AGM Trustee roles were reallocated through nominations,secondingand motions beingcarried. New roles are as stated above. |

| Achievements and performance |
• Christmas Fayre & Raffle • Affinity Badminton Club raised funds for the sensory garden at Booker Park but due to unknown development plans of grounds of school this was held over. Agreement to be obtained for this to be used for another school priority. • Again the development of sensory rooms on hold due to unknown building plans for both schools. • Funding from individuals completing sponsored events continues to be received and trustees thank all those who raised funds through their own challenges. |
