Objects: To Further Such Charitable Purposes For The Benefit Of The Community In And Around Luton Or Such Other Places As Are Determined From Time To Time (In Particular But Not Exclusively For Those Of Bengali And Other Ethnic Origin) As The Executive Committee Sees Fit In Particular But Not Exclusively By:(a) Relieving Those In Financial Need, Hardship Or Distress;(b) Advancing Education In Particular Through Training And Providing Educational Programmes;(c) Relieving The Unemployed;(d) Protecting And Preserving Health In Particular Through The Provision Of Aid And Advice (Including Advocacy And Other Centre-Based Programmes);(e) Establishing And Maintaining A Youth And Community Centre; And(f) Providing Or Assisting In The Provision Of Facilities In The Interests Of Social Welfare For Recreation Or Other Leisure Time Occupation Of Individuals Who Have Need Of Such Facilities By Reason Of Their Youth, Age Infirmity Or Disability, Financial Hardship Or Social Circumstances With The Object Of Improving Their Conditions Of Life.
