The charity works to identify and develop young leaders - in their twenties and thirties - to bring hope to their communities with the Christian faith.Leadership development involves a range of initiatives including training, coaching, mentoring and a wide range of service projects with a focus on areas that are under-resourced.

To Advance The Christian Faith For The Benefit Of The Public And In Particular: A) To Communicate The Christian Faith In Word And Deed In Ways That Connect With Young People And Young Adults B) To Equip Christians To Lead Innovative Local Mission That Engages With Their Context C) To Inspire And Resource Christian Churches To Enable Young People To Lead Local Mission That Engages With Their Context 2. To Advance Education For The Benefit Of The Public And In Particular: A) To Provide Education And Training For Young People And Young Adults That Increases Their Understanding And Practice Of Effective Leadership B) To Provide Education In The Christian Faith, Lifestyle And Values C) To Provide Facilities For All Such Education And Training 3. To Promote Community Capacity Building For The Benefit Of The Public And In Particular: A) To Equip Young People And Young Adults In Disadvantaged* Communities With Understanding, Skills And Competencies For Leadership For The Good Of These Communities B) To Develop The Capacity And Skills Of Young People So That They Are Able To Better Identify And Help Meet The Needs Of Themselves And Their Community 4.
