Activities
Making Space is a visual arts charity working in the socially deprived area of Leigh Park. We provide hands-on, participatory workshops for all age groups and levels of experience with a focus on community work. We also provide studio space and business support for craft makers and visual artists.
Objects: 3A (I) To Promote, Maintain, Improve And Advance The Education Of The Public And In Particular The Disadvantaged Public By The Encouragement Of The Arts Generally And In Particular The Visual Arts Of Fine Art, Sculpture, Crafts, 3D Arts, Drawing, Digital Arts, Film Making, Video Making And Photography.(ii) The Provision Of Facilities For Recreation Or Other Leisure Time Occupations, Particularly Facilities For The Production And Exhibition Of The Visual Arts And Crafts With The Object Of Giving The Widest Possible Access To The Arts By All Members Of The Public.
