Basingstoke Hindu Society Annual Report 2020

Report of the Committee

Basinsgtoke Hindu Society Members were consulted via Email as due to Covid 19 large meeting were not allowed.

Send on 30[th] Dec . New BHS AGM will take place after Navaratri 2021. No objections received . Committee agreed to follow this.

Email sent out on 30[th] Dec 2019.

Therefore we, BHS Committee propose:-

We believe it’s only fair to extend the current BHS membership until next year, Navaratri time 2021.

We propose to hold General Zoom call to share financial reports/BHS activities and further BHS planned activities early 2021 by beginning of February 2021.

Due to lockdown and restrictions the current BHS committee would like to have an opportunity to implement its ideas and projects for BHS Community until after Navaratri next year when we propose elections for New BHS committee.

Please contact us on bhs_mailing@yahoo.co.uk with any comments by 15th January 2021.

Hey Team,

I agree on keeping the same management with Chairman Shree Kishor Patel, he did executed several charity work and energetic engagement throughout from start of his tenure as chairman. I see a lot of collaboration to various charities where we worked together and help community. Thanks and strong recommendation to continue as is during this unclear Covid situation.

Hi there,

Given that the current committee is doing a great job and also given the current restrictions, I am happy for the elections to be held after Navratri.
