We benefit those who live and work in Gillingham and the surrounds, primarily but not exclusively by relief of poverty, education, training, the arts, the promotion of public health facilities and childcare, the protection and enhancement of the built and natural environment, provision of facilities in interest of social welfare, recreation leisure, and other charitable purposes for public benefit
Objects: The Charity Is Established For The Public Benefit Within The Area Of Gillingham And Surrounding Area With The Following Objects ("the Objects"):a) To Promote The Benefit Of Those Who Live And Work In Gillingham And Surrounding Areas (hereinafter Called The Area Of Benefit), Primarily But Not Exclusively By The Relief Of Poverty, The Advancement Of Education, Training And The Arts, The Promotion Of Public Health Facilities And Childcare, The Protection And Enhancement Of The Environment, The Preservation Of Buildings Or Sites Of Historic Or Architectural Importance, The Provision Or Assistance In The Provision Of Facilities In The Interests Of Social Welfare For Recreation And Leisure Time Occupation With The Object Of Improving The Conditions Of Life For The Said Inhabitants;b) To Promote Such Other Charitable Purposes For The General Benefit Of The Public Or Section Of The Public Within The Area Of Benefit As The Charity Sees Fit;
