Charitable activities ursued forthe ublic benefft The charity exists to provide help. mainly financial. lo the people in Romania, Felieve people living in povety, helping organisatiot)s to get street children off the streets, the eldedy- prowding accommodation and meals elc (particularly in winter), helping families who are in nd_ The charity has complied with the duty under the Char¥ties Act 2011 to have due regard to public benefit guidance published by the C¢)mmission. ACHIEVEMENTS AND PERFORMANCE The Hamby Foundation exists lo support vartous organisattons helping abandoned children and pwr families in need in the city of Constanta. The Hamby Foundation continues lo work closely alongside the centre for orphans and street children, Project Romania Rescue IPRR}. The Hamby Foundation supports PRR with monies for food. staff wages, electricity. transport costs, water and gas. PRR have been able to expand their work over the past year and now house around 40 boys and girls and young people in two care homes. They also feed and clothe children who live on the streets, and we support this work wrth money for food, clolhing and medicine. The Hamby Foundation also helps poor old people. families in need and other aid agencies with individual donations and gifts. The Hamby Foundation also supports the work in the town of Navodari in Dobreja County, south-eastern Romania_ The Trustees are very grateful to the many people who give so generously and to the volunteers who sUPPOrt the Foundation with their time.
