Organising events such as festivals and Christmas floats in order to raise funds for deserving causes. There are no geographical boundaries but financial and physical help to those with a local connection will take precedence over those from further afield. In particular assistance is given where possible to young people and community groups

Section D Achievements and performance
Summary of the main achievements of the charity during the year
The annual beer festival was successful. Whilst Margins were tight, costs have risen considerably. The pre-Christmas Float made collections of £11,500 with 20 local organisations getting involved and receiving donations.
We would like to thank all the local people and businesses who have supported us so generously throughout the year.

Funds raised during the year are normally distributed to deserving Brief statement of the causes as needs arise. A reserve is held and has been increased to charity’s policy on reserves reflect growing costs as a contingency against cancellation of a beer festival for bad weather or any other reason.
