The completion of the deed of transfers and all assets from Thurrock and District Cerebral Palsy Socicly lo Kids first va3 finalised at the end of 2022 and The Charities Commission was informed by Ihe solicitor. Kids Firsl Assets: Shop 43/45 Lampits Hill e Iwo shops have now been dividcd up and arc leased out to the following: Shop 43 Funeral Direclors Shop 45 Animal Aid Charily Flats 43A/45A Laniplis Ilill These flats are rentcd out on short lerm tenancy agreements. Beacli Illit Southend, Essex -rhe Beach 14ul is used for the benefit of Special Needs children/adults and their families.
