In the Survey, the beneficiaries who are provided wtth a tablet stated that they feel much more confldent In using Henna tablet devi5. It has helped them to be independent and has further provided them with baslc level Skills of how to use a tablet. Additionally, we found that 22% of beneficiaries would be unable to access online seFvice5. This was because many members did not have access to a WiFi connection. Henna started providing telephonit services to members who were unable to join online sessions. These beneficiaries are part of weekly befrlendin& a(fvice-givin& counselling and Chatty Wednesday sesslons. In the survey. when enquired 'what would the members have done if they were not provided with online servlces., It was found that 65% of them stated that they would have felt lonely and Isolated at home which would have led to unhealthy eating habtts. excessNe Sleepi lack of exercise etc. 20% of them stated that they wouldn't have been motivated to do any physical activity compared to what they are when they corne to the fttre.
