Kingdom and overseas by any appropriate means
as the Leadership Team in their absolute discretion
shall determine.

To promote for the benefit of the inhabitants of
Criccieth any exclusively charitable purpose in

education as the Leadership Team in their absolute
discretion shall determine.
Summary of the
main activities in
relation to those
purposes for the
public benefit, in
particular, the
activities, projects
or services
identified in the
accounts.
Para 1.17 and
1.19
The Church has continued to hold services every
Sunday, which have included preaching and Bible
teaching, and a Sunday School was provided for
children attending the morning service. Due to
COVID-19, these services have been held in-person in
the church hall and with simultaneous online video
conferencing technology for those not able to be in the
hall.
In addition to the Sunday services, the church has held
other activities and meetings which included prayer
meetings, midweek Growth Groups, Adeiladu (women’s
group), Bobol Bach (parents and toddlers), CC4G
(youth activity club). Due to COVID-19, these meetings
have been held virtually online and/or in-person in the
church hall or in homes, as Government guidelines
allowed. Meal with a Message (luncheon club) was
suspended due to COVID-19.
The Church employed a Summer placement worker in
July and August 2021, who assisted with leading youth
and adults’ meetings. Further, the church has employed
a ‘consultant’ Pastor on a part time basis to support the
Leadership team.
CFC continues to regularly support Mission Partners
currently including those based in Wales, Papua New
Guinea, Mali, France and Birmingham. Due to
COVID-19, visits from these workers throughout the
year was not possible, but video conferencing
technology has been used to maintain communication
with them.
Statement
confirming whether
the trustees have
had regard to the
guidance issued by
the Charity
Commission on
public benefit
Para 1.18 The trustees have taken into account the Charities
Commission’s guidance (PB1, PB2 and PB3) on public
benefit. In particular the trustees consider how planned
activities contribute to the aims and objectives that have

and visiting the elderly, sick and needy (as COVID-19
restrictions allow). It is impossible to quantify, but it runs
into many thousands of hours.
Other The Church continues to operate a policy for Safeguarding
children, young people and adults at risk and update our
practices regularly. We operate safe recruitment of
workers and volunteers with children, young people and
adults at risk, including taking up of references and DBS
checks. We have trained new workers and monitored
workers and volunteers and we work to guidelines and
procedures - all of which are taken from “Working together
