The major focus of the Charity is to provide sport and leisure facilities for the people of East Hertfordshire at an affordable cost.
Objects: To Promote The Benefit Of The Inhabitants Of The District Of East Hertfordshire Without Distinction By The Provision At Land Known As Wodson Park, Ware, Hertfordshire Of Facilities For Recreation, Physical Education Or Other Leisure Time Occupation In The Interest Of Social Welfare With The Object Of Improving The Conditions Of Life For The Said Inhabitants
