Spear (an operating name of Resurgo) is one of the UK's most effective youth employment charities. Our vision is for every young person in the UK, regardless of their background, to fulfil their unique potential and contribute to society.The award-winning Spear Programme offers young people professionally recognised coaching, for free, to support them into sustainable work or education.

Objects: A) As An Expression Of The Christian Life And Faith, The Relief Of Persons Anywhere In The World Who Are In Conditions Of Need, Hardship Or Distress As A Result Of Local, National Or International Disaster Or By Reason Of Hunger, Disease, Sickness Or Their Social And/or Economic Circumstances; Andb) The Promotion And Support Of Such Other Exclusively Charitable Purposes And Institutions As May From Time To Time Be Determined By The Directors Of The Charity ("The Directors").
