TO ADVANCE THE CARE & EDUCATION OF CHILDREN UNDER 5 YEARS & THEIR PARENTS, GUARDIANS & THEIR FAMILIES WITHIN THE ISLE OF THANET, KENT, BY: PROMOTING CHILD CARE, CHILD HEALTH & DEVELOPMENT & THE EARLY EDUCATIONAL NEEDS OF CHILDREN; & PROVIDING SERVICES WITH THE AIM OF OVERCOMING THE POSSIBLE DETRIMENTAL EFFECTS OF SOCIAL DEPRIVATION ON THE DEVELOPMENT & EDUCATION OF CHILDREN.

Objects: To Advance The Education Of Children Aged From Birth To 11 Years Of Age And Their Parents, Guardians, Named Carers (of Children) And Their Families In The County Of Kent, Principally Within The Isle Of Thanet And Immediately Surrounding Areas, In Particular But Not Exclusively By:(a) Providing Facilities (not Required To Be Provided By The Local Education Authority);(b) Promoting Child Care, Child Health And Development And The Early Educational Needs Of Children; And(c) Providing Services With The Aim Of Overcoming The Possible Detrimental Effects Of Social Deprivation On The Development And Education Of Children.
