overall £6k loss in 2022 to a £5k surplus in 2023.
The key to this result is a large reducton in our
costs which have arisen as we moved away from
an employed manger.
The second key is a reducton in Advertsing and
promoton (down by 60%) and wages were down
by (60%).
The Commitee have worked hard to improve
functonality, and thus enjoyment of Barn users,
broaden hire usage to appeal to both local users
and more commercial hierers.
