Objects: 4. The Charity?s Objects (?Objects?) Are Specifically Restricted To The Following: A)to Promote Equality & Diversity And To Eliminate Discrimination In Relation To Black, Asian And Other Ethnic Minority Communities, Including Refugees, Asylum Seekers And Migrants , By Such Charitable Means As The Trustees Determine From Time To Time, In Particular But Not Exclusively By: B)to Promote Equality & Diversity And To Eliminate Discrimination In Relation To Black, Asian And Other Ethnic Minority Communities, Including Refugees, Asylum Seekers And Migrants, By Such Charitable Means As The Trustees Determine From Time To Time, In Particular But Not Exclusively By: (I) Educating The Public About Moral And Human Rights Issues And By Providing Support And Advice On The Same; (Ii) Relieving Unemployment And Promoting Training And Work Experience Schemes For Members Of Such Communities; (Iii) Providing Counselling And Advocacy; (Iv) Promoting Co-Operation Between Voluntary Organisations Working In This Area In Both The United Kingdom And In European Union; (V) Promoting Social Inclusion And Integration Of The Above Communities; (Vi) Implementing Community Activities For The Benefit Of Such Black, Asian And Ethnic Minority Communities As The Committee Determine; (Vii) Developing The Capacity And Skills Of Members Of Black, Asian And Other Ethnic Minority Communities In Such Ways As The Trustees See Fit So That They Are Better Able To Identify And Help Meet Their Needs And Participate More Fully In Society; And (Viii) Such Other Means That Further The Objects Of The Charity C)to Assist In The Treatment And Care Of Black And Ethnic Minority Persons, Including Refugees, Migrants And Asylum Seekers, Suffering From Mental Or Physical Illness Of Any Description Or In Need Of Rehabilitation As A Result Of Such Illness.
