The financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the charity's trust deed, the Charities Act 2011 and Accounting and Reporting by Charities.. Statement of Recommended Practice applicable to charities preparing their accounts in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland published (FRS 102) {effective 1st January 2019). OBJECTIVES AND ACTIVITIES The principal activities of the company are= a) The advancement of the Christian Faith by working with other individuals and organisations towards the continual presentation of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. b) The relief of persons who are in conditions of need hardship or distress or who are aged or sick. For over 25 years Together for the Harvest (TFH) has worked across Merseyside, now Liverpool City Region (LCR), by creating opportunities for relational unity by networking, hosting leaders, lunches and helping to break down barriers. It has influence with regional, city and borough officials which can be leveraged for the development of the church in the region. The charity has over recent years developed a City Region-reaching strategic framework which continues to shape its work. It contains the key strands of developing and supporting= relational unity 2. powerful prayer 3. social justice 4. market-place engagement 5. missional confidence 6. multiplying churches Public Benefit Statement In considering the objectives and activities, the Trustees have considered Charity Commission guidance on Public Benefit to ensure that the charity is meeting its Public Benefit requirements. ACHIEVEMENTS AND PERFORMANCE This year, we played a major part in THE4POINTS Easter Campaign 2025, which trained more than 1,000 people how to spread the gospel using THE4POINTS. We held Church Planting Coalition events to support our new church planters, put on a marriage event to support church leaders and created THE ADVENTURE, an exciting new course for small church groups. FINANCIAL REVIEW Total income for the year was £33,459 {2024'. £24,985) of which £7,200 (2024.. £Nil) related to funding for projects upon which restrictions are placed. Total expenditure for the year was £30,819 (2024.. £26,202) leaving a surplus for the year of £2,640 (2024.. deficit £1,217}. At 31st March 2025 charity's reserves stood at £15,436 (2024: £12,796) of which £6,480 (2024.. £Nil) represented restricted funds.

It is satisfied that by reviewing its policies, procedures, and systems regularly it is mitigating its exposure to any major operational risks. Reserves Policy It is the policy of the charity to maintain unrestricted funds, which are free reserves at a level to cover redundancy provision and three months, running costs should no further funding be received. As at the end of the financial year the unrestricted funds totalled £8,956. The charity requires £Nil for redundancy provision and £7,525 for three months running costs, {total £7,525). The trustees plan to increase the unrestricted reserves to the level required by continuing to be prudent where possible with our budget expenditure, and new income through grants and new contractlpartner opportunities for various projects which would also contribute to overall running cost overheads PLANS FOR THE FUTURE In the next year, we are once again partnering with THE4POINTS for the Easter Campaign 2026, and we will continue to hold Church Planting Coalition events - we have a small event for church planters in January and a leaders, lunch to promote it in February. Our goals for 2026 are to bring in more partners- both individuals and churches - support more people and spread the Gospel further and wider. We are also trying to raise money to fund the salary of another senior staff member alongside Nic Harding and are working with Mo Lamine of Faithful Funding to do this. STRUCTURE, GOVERNANCE AND MANAGEMENT Together for the harvest was originally established as a charitable company limited by guarantee, incorporated on 26 March 2003 and registered as a charity on 20 June 2003. In March 2022, the limited company was closed and subsequently converted into a Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO), with the number 1098123. The CIO is governed under the terms of the constitution March 2022. Every charity trustee must be a natural person, and no individual may be appointed as a charity trustee of the CIO if he or she is under the age of 16 years. There must be at least three charity trustees. If the number falls below this minimum, the remaining trustee or trustees may act only to call a meeting of the charity trustees or appoint a new charity trustee.
