Risk Management
The Board has assessed the major risks to which the charity is or may be exposed, and those
related to the operations and financing of the charity. It is satisfied that by reviewing its policies,
procedures, and systems regularly it is mitigating its exposure to any major operational risks.
Reserves Policy
It is the policy of the charity to maintain unrestricted funds, which are free reserves at a level to
cover redundancy provision and three months, running costs should no further funding be
received.
As at the end of the financial year the unrestricted funds totalled £8,956. The charity requires
£Nil for redundancy provision and £7,525 for three months running costs, {total £7,525).
The trustees plan to increase the unrestricted reserves to the level required by continuing to be
prudent where possible with our budget expenditure, and new income through grants and new
contractlpartner opportunities for various projects which would also contribute to overall
running cost overheads
PLANS FOR THE FUTURE
In the next year, we are once again partnering with THE4POINTS for the Easter Campaign
2026, and we will continue to hold Church Planting Coalition events - we have a small event for
church planters in January and a leaders, lunch to promote it in February.
Our goals for 2026 are to bring in more partners- both individuals and churches - support more
people and spread the Gospel further and wider.
We are also trying to raise money to fund the salary of another senior staff member alongside
Nic Harding and are working with Mo Lamine of Faithful Funding to do this.
STRUCTURE, GOVERNANCE AND MANAGEMENT

any such matters. The prO￿dureS undertaken do not provide all
the evidence that would be required in an audit, and consequently
no opinion is given as to whether the accounts present a "true and
